Return & Exchanges 
Thank you for your interest in our products. Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges if your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at havanaglow.cos@gmail.com within 48 hours. Your email should include the following information:

Order number 
Description of the Damage 
Photographs to verify the issue 

We will review the case, and if the damage is deemed valid, we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion, however, if the product is deemed not to be damaged as per our sellers discretion. You will not receive a replacement or refund.

In some cases, we choose to issue a gift card to the buyer instead. Please note that damaged product refers to cracked or malfunctions with the wander tube. It does not include air spaces that are normal when the wand is removed or a slight color differences as these are handmade products and variations may occur. 

We strive to provide high-quality product products and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. 

The risk of loss and title to products purchased on the site transfers to their purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. Havana Glow cannot provide refunds for lost stolen or damaged packages.

For international orders, when ordering from Havana glow you accept that you that you may incur import taxes upon arrival at your local post office Havana Glo will not provide refunds for packages refusal due to these fees or packages lost oversee international orders can take a month or more to arrive, and the purchaser accepts the risk of loss as these orders are not insured unless additional insurance is purchased.

HAND MADE PRODUCTS VARIATIONS 
Please be aware of that most items in our store are handmade due to this products may slightly differ from each other lip, gloss products, and body care. Products can have slight variation in color and texture lip. Gloss tubes will contain a bubble when the one is removed due to the recipe of some lip glosses bubbles maybe more pronounced. Purchasers understand this variation when ordering.

Havana Glow makes every attempt to show accurate colors of products on the website. however, the actual colors you see will depend on a number of factors, including the monitor that you use, the setting of the monitor, and the hand-made nature of products. Havana glow does not guarantee that the display of any color will be accurate.
